BenQ Corporation is an international company that sells different market products. The owners of the company founded BenQ in 1984 and it subsequently branched out of Acer to offer a different branded channel in 2001. They released their first mobile phone, the M775C, in 2003 and subsequently announced eight new phones during the first quarter of 2004. BenQ later acquired Siemens AG’s gaming division on October 1, 2005, making them the sixth-largest company by accumulated shares in the mobile phone industry. During this period, the company also marketed its mobile phones under the BenQ-Siemens brand. On 24 August 2006, the company disclosed its intentions to spin off its manufacturing operations, separating the company’s own-brand divisions and contract manufacturing. Afterwards, it spun off again in April 2017, undergoing a name change to Qisda Corporation, with the new company marketing and selling its products under the brand name BenQ. Further down the line, BenQ acquired ZOWIE GEAR in December 2015 to become its gaming division. This acquisition resulted in the company offering various products like monitors, mousepads, mice, sound cards and other related
accessories. With its head office in Taipei, Taiwan, BenQ currently sells various products, including consumer electronics, technology products, communication devices and computing devices. Their range of products includes the BenQ EH600, an android-based business projector, the TH585 Projector, a 1080p gaming projector, the SW321C 32-Inch 4K photo and video editing flagship professional monitor. Generally, the company currently offers various services, solutions and products, including
professional monitors, mobile computing devices, LED lighting solutions and digital projectors.
