Jabra User Manual Archives

Known for manufacturing audio equipment, Jabra is owned by Danish company – GN Audio (previously GN Netcom), a subsidiary of the GN Group of Denmark – known for its long history of innovative audio solutions. Its products range from wired to wireless headsets, video conferencing cameras and even fitness-suited headphones for different types of consumers and businesses. Founded in 1983 by Elwood Norris, the company was initially known as Norcom Electronics Corporation. Since then, Jabra’s main specialization is developing ear radio and microphone technology. The company was acquired by GN Audio in 2000. With this, they continued to innovate and develop their products with the company releasing the first commercially available headset with Bluetooth capabilities in the same year. In 2006, GN merged its Contact Center and Office headset division under their Jabra brand followed by reorganization in the company in 2008, which established two separate divisions: Enterprise and Consumer. This was aimed to put a stronger emphasis on the B2B and consumer markets. Through the acquisition by GN Group, Jabra has since been committed to innovating sound backed up by its expertise and knowledge of professional, consumer and medical audio technology. The company also introduced the first noise-canceling microphones and even inclusion of an in-ear heart rate monitor in sports earbuds. To date, and with the goal of expanding their range of products, GN Audio acquired Altia Systems in 2019 which allowed them to add video-conferencing products in their line-up. In the same year, Jabra PanaCast was introduced as a result of the recent acquisition.

With such a rich history, it’s no wonder the company has so many products out there, from new to used. Finding the right documentation can be difficult, especially in the English language. This is the reason why we opened up a section dedicated to Jabra User Manuals, where you can view or download each PDF.
